Dynamic rewards adjust the amount of rewards you can earn based on various factors, like completing specific requirements, accumulating points, or your activities within the guild.
1. Create a role with requirements
Click on "Add role" and as usual fill out the general information. Add requirements you would like the members to fulfill.
2. Start the setup of the dynamic points reward
You have to select the "Points" option from the rewards and by clicking on the "Static" option, you can choose between the usual static reward and the dynamic reward.
3. Choose the basis for calculating the score.
The best requirement types for this dynamic reward are liquidity, staking, token holding, onchain activity, followers, NFT holding, and gitcoin score. You can see two examples of these bases below.
4. Check the details of the reward
You can check the points type, the basis of the calculation, and the conversion. As mentioned under the conversion, the received reward amount will be rounded down.
5. You can overview the reward you configured
You can see what is the base linked to the value, the multiplier number and after a successful access check, you will be able to see the amount you receive.
6. Check the guild page for your rewards
If you can fulfill the requirements, you will be able to see based on your credentials how many points did you get. These points will also appear on the Leaderboard.
