The Guild Model, combined with Visibility, unlocks advanced community operations for admins by using secret and hidden Guild elements to build strategies for growth, Sybil-resistance, member targeting, and co-operation.

Learn how to set secret and hidden requirements, roles, and rewards by following our guide below.

1. Navigate to your Guild and create a new role or edit an existing one

Access your Guild directly through its URL or from the Guildhall, showing only non-hidden Guilds. If you don't have a Guild yet, click to create.

2. Click 'Public' and select role visibility

Choose visibility type: (1) public, (2) secret = visible to role holders, or (3) hidden = visible only to admins. Skip if you only want to use secret or hidden requirements, roles and keep role public.

3. Click visibility icon at rewards and select type

Choose visibility type: (1) public, (2) secret = visible to role holders, or (3) hidden = visible only to admins. Skip if you only want to use secret or hidden requirements and keep reward public. Rewards can’t be public for secret or hidden roles.

4. Click visibility icon at requirements and select type

Choose visibility type: (1) public, (2) secret = visible to role holders, or (3) hidden = visible only to admins. Requirements can’t be public for secret or hidden roles.

5. Your Visibility role is added to your Guild

Congrats on your new role with hidden or secret elements. Edit, and export members anytime.
